Latin American Parent Association: LAPA is a not-for-profit organization based in the state of New York. They are a volunteer association of adoptive parents committed to aiding people seeking to adopt children (as well as those who already have) by: intensely researching new sources of adoption in Latin America, supplying materials to orphanages, and providing educational and social activities.
