Giardia Data

  • 94/461=20.4% were positive for Giardia antigen or cysts were found in stool
  • China 35/220=15.9%
  • Russia 38/143=26.6%
  • Other 21/98=21.4%

HIV Data

  • N=490
  • Two (2/490=0.41%) children from China were HIV ELISA positive
  • Both children were PCR negative and were not infected
