Please be aware that familes processing a Russian/Ukranian adoption may be asked to supply a medica/waiver letter. Dr. Aronson would assist in composing an approved 10-day waiver/medical letter on our stationary and have the letter notarized. |

wtih obstetrician, pediatrician. An additional hourly rate of $500/hr applies; this includes email time, phone consults with parents and supervising doctors, and any additional phone calls thereafter.

We can also copy the electronic medical records if you have misplaced those notes from your prior visits, however that process may take up to two weeks because Dr. Aronson has to retrieve the chart from storage in NJ. We send the records to you, the family, not the doctor; you can copy the record for the doctor and bring them to your first visit. |
